Placing an Order

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Cuddly Cargo's web site. On-line ordering is straight forward & convenient by simply clicking on the "Add to Cart" button from any page on the web site & then following the subsequent instructions.


Telephone orders can also be placed by calling (336)830-2027. Your orders are very important to us so if you receive a voicemail, please leave your name, phone number and any additional information that you like & we will get back with you ASAP.


Payment & Sales Tax

Presently, Cuddly Cargo accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover. Personal checks, cashier checks and money orders may also be accepted on telephone orders ONLY. If you wish to choose this payment option, please contact us at (336)830-2027 for order & payment arrangements to be made.


Because Cuddly Cargo operates out of North Carolina, we are required to collect 6.75% sales tax on orders shipped to a North Carolina address. Those who live outside of North Carolina will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on cuddlycargo.com, but should consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Shipping & Returns

Please estimate 10 to 15 business days for delivery. If for any reason there is a shipping delay, Cuddly Cargo will notify you promptly. Items that are being monogrammed can take up to an additional 5 business days to receive. If you need something in a hurry, please let us know. We will do our best to get our products to you when needed!


Please note that free shipping promotions apply only to "standard shipping charges".


Cuddly Cargo wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange minus any shipping charges within 15 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned in new and unused condition in its original packaging. Please consider an exchange instead of a return for problems with pouch slings. Most of the time, problems with pouch slings are simple fit issues and we are happy to work with you to find your perfect fit!


Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 days of us receiving a returned item.


Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any monogrammed, personalized or sale items.


Damaged or defective items must be reported to us at info@cuddlycargo.com or (336)830-2027 within 5 days of the delivery date.


While Cuddly Cargo works diligently to review the safety of all products, Cuddly Cargo cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involve a product purchased on the site.
